Dispute Resolution: How to Best Achieve A Cost-effective And Tailored Solution

Jointly organised by Rajah & Tann Singapore LLP and Houthoff Singapore Pte Ltd

Join us for an intimate fireside chat on the practical steps corporates can take to minimise costs when resolving disputes, including how law firms can assist with the recovery of such costs. We will be discussing, amongst other things, the dispute resolution options available, smart drafting of dispute resolution clauses, the ways companies can shift the financial burden of proceedings to third parties, as well as appropriate alternative fee arrangements. Mediation and case management techniques will also be touched on.
